I just think that at this point Nas doesn’t have to prove anything anymore. If he wants shock value by putting out “N-gger”, then it kinda backfired. I think it got him some negative attention. I think he will be back better than ever though.

I hope so, because I will forever be a Nas fan, but I think during the years he was huge, he should focused some of his attention on his business swagg…

now he is like at the mercy of the record labels, if they want to push him back, they can…I could not see that happening to Jay..if he wanted to release..

Maybe Jay realized how talented Nas was after that beef and offered Nas a deal he couldn’t refuse?

Like you said, he didn’t really have much going for him anymore after the clothing line and failed record label… even after his homies group somewhat failed to pop- QB’s Finest..

Shoot… I mean, if Nas needs to put food on the table for him and Kelis- then damn, I guess he chose to hop on Jay-Z team…

I mean… after all, Jay is “Hova” (Jah-Hova) and Nas is “God’s Son”…..

hmm, wouldn’t be surprised if this was all planned…

I mean, these dudes grew up as competition for one another.. I’m sure there was underlying respect between em’ before the diss tracks…

They business men! They smarter then half of us put together…
