I have a new found respect for Dash, because he’s been able to come to terms with his own actions and where he went wrong, and in a egomaniac type of industry like hip hop, it doesn’t happen often. Dash goes into detail about where the Roc went wrong and his feelings towards the former roster (ie Jay-Z, Kanye, etc), Dash mentions that Lyor Cohen was the catalyst behind the collapse (which was obvious).

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, his new attitude is going to get him far. I see him doing some real interesting/successful things in the near future.
