This beat is fantastic, it has that boom bap sound which I thought Biggie rapped the best over. The song is deep because it strays away from the glits and glamour he was known for.

Another deep song, where he explains the fluctuations of his career. The beat is disgusting, it was a sample of Al Green Love and Happiness, but they flipped it incredibly.

This is the hardest he has ever come on a song, EVER..I don’t know if he just got bad news or something, but the passion was felt.

Hands down my favourite song in his catalog. This is one of the clearest pictures ever painted in a rap song, and it really showed me what Biggie was capable of.

I know a lot of you are going to say I’m wrong for this list, but keep in mind that this is my top 8 so it doesn’t mean I don’t like his other tracks.
